Yes it was taken care of and thanks for that but i am not happy that it took so long to answer the ticket when you are promoting 24/7 support. Happy with the service you have given to me but it is the slow response to an urgent ticket.
@subha86, as soon as the cluser goes live and everything is propogated we'll activate most accounts that were suspended by MyWarezHost for no reason. As you see most sites are back up...
I have been with these guys only for a short time now and have been having lots of problems with my site. they have helped me to get to the root of the problem.
This is a review after a week using SmokeHost hosting.
I got free trial on their Starter plan (10gb/100gb) and for now things are great. Site is up, speed is very good, and I hope that won't change.
They seem very serious, not the come and go type of hosting.
