Based in US (or somehow US IP) and unmetered bandwith if possible at 1 gbps.

RAM at least 1 GB
CPU should not betoo slow
HDD at least 40 GB - no need for SSD but would be nice to have tho

Hello, i can setup custom USA based VPS right away, all parameters fits (i have many CPU threads available), also price, BUT your network speed would be like 1-4MB/s. At this speed data transfer can be unlimitted (transfer as much as you wish).. In case of interest, i can be PMed or contacted from website in my sig.

Ok, maybe unlimited is too much. Other offers I saw have 1 TB traffic or less.

Depends on what counts as traffic. inbound and outbound as well? then i would need about 5 TB traffic, if only down or upload traffic counts, then i would only need halft of it

You can get cheap VPS plans at Vpsnine.com - they start from $9/mo.
Their features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price. Servers are reliable. Overall they're just a great company.
