Shared Urgently looking for a Shared Offshore [must be atleast 1 year old/reliable]

hi guys em looking for a offshore shared host with atleast 1 or 2 years old and i wanna use my DLE 9.2 or 9.3 site on this a/c my cpu usage would be like 500-600 UV daily so i think 100 GB bandwidth would be enough 2-3 GB space is fine for me with 2 domains and atleast 5 DB my sql .... more specs follwing

2- 3 GB space
Bandwidth 100 GB
my sql
cpanel
realiable 1-2 years old


my budget $2/month and service has to be good with no users limit like my previous host cant afford more then 500 users on my a/c i hate that X-(

and do reply if any one is offering suck service i've seen many offers that why em confused so i make a thread for that :)

and if you can move my site from my previous host to my new that would be really helpful otherwise no problem i do have a backup of my site ....

So em waiting for the replies !

According to details , your site takes a lot of resources , so i suggest to get a VPS coz no shared allows such a high usage of resources that too at 2$/mnth<_<
 
no the site is based on Datalife engine 9.2 and its a single site so how can u say it will take too much of cpu and thats the total no of users i've told u a day they dont come at a single second at a time ...

and if any of you are familiar with Datalife engine i need to know which of the DLE New version takes less cpu ? coz i've heared 9.3 is better then 9.2 ?

and now back to the topic any one with the offer ?
 
i can provide that for free but only for first month,after that i would like you to add some small banner to your site ( not about hosting,the banner is for my personal site )

If you are posts are increasing day-by-day in 100-200/day, u DB will be big and resources will be consumed automatically.If you have less DB size i suggest you to go with a shared hosting, but 2$ is difficult to find, whereas older hosts charge high prices.
 
@hulkman as i am using the dle for 3 years and found many interesting features the one which is very special is i can limit the submissions so therefore what i've done is 300post per day on my site so that it would not consume more space or bandwidth !

anyone else ?
