Your obviously not following or reading the replies. This has being asked several times before by people. Their's even a tutorial here on WJunction already explaining how to add it. One by Jayfella and another by exel for the different types of vBulletin shoutboxes if I remember correctly.

I'm not going to link you to them to try and encourage you to find them yourself and get into the habit of using the search before requesting things.
