URGENT HELP REQUIRED regarding fileserve

hello everyone
i am a large scale uploader on fileserve from last 2 years.
i am having 12tb files in my accounts and more than 1000 refferals and i have earned about 3400$ till now.
but my account was hacked 2 days back, i got it recovered yesterday and changed every details of it. but when i tried to loggin today in the morning it said that "USER DISABLED"

i mailed them so many times but they didn't replied to me
i just want to ask you all that if account once banned, is there any chance (even 1%) that they will make my account active again because i was a genuine uploader from last 2 years there.

well u dont know filehost just find ways not to pay their affiliates ... as this time they might have a good reason so they wont even bother to reply u back ...
