urgent help reqiured please help me

hello dear webmasters i am realy worry because my vbullten forum have a problm i need some help of you

i install the shout box ajax but when i tried to romove it give me error

now i cannot login to my admin cpanel at vbullten and as well as no pages or posts or any thing is not showing any more. nothing is showing on forum except the error code.

Looks like data-cookies transfer issue. You should do the following - New install (deleting all files from host) or Restoring old backup. Then, Run vBulletin AdminCP > Test > Test All files, so that you can see and remove any non-vbulletin files.

i dont get what are you saying may i have to delete all the forum data that have already installed on my server???
man this is the main problem i have many users and much data that i don't want to lose
 
Try adding this to the end of config.php

PHP: 
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Login to acp, remove chatbox, then remove the line from config.
