Good Morning,

We already have remote upload but for direct links only, not for torrent.
Torrent remote needs another torrent leech implement which we don't have it now.

This is not a direct link, its a file/video hosting using segment (.ts file) from HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) video stream and it can't be used for a remote URL feature but I have sent it to our developer to see what we can do

Regarding of the states, I have disabled the anti-spam system completely until we fixed it
Try again now getting some traffic, it will be 100% accurate

We don't have control on zoom file uploader, but tell me exactly you need from the output link in zoom uploader
