Hello,

About payments we do our best to send all payments and we send many pending payments today.

About XX country it's show for Servers,Proxies and Tor IP's, we can't count this views as real view because ads company already block this IP from earning.

So we can't pay for views doesn't include at Ads

Are you saying that all my visitor traffic has gone from being tier 1 and tier 3 to xx and suddenly everyone uses proxies and tor?
I don't think it's real.
 
So suddenly 95% of all views are from Servers,Proxies and Tor IP's?
That's just ridiculous.
I stopped uploading because of this and if this doesn't change back to normal I have to delete all my files at the end of the month.
 
Well since you say you know they are tor/server/proxy IPs why not just block them outright, you apparantly don't get paid for them, uploaders don't get paid for them so why even serve them?
 
Why not just say sorry we fucked up and we will skip one payment for all users to be able to keep upstream running. i am pretty sure most users will understand. Instead you are trying all kinds of tricks. Now you will loose all your users.

you gotta bear in mind that ALL hosts, video or file are using you to make their money. They operate in a grey area as a service provider and use that to escape responsibility for the content they allow to be uploaded. So do you really want to be their scapegoat and the bitch that bails them out when they balls up?

Also all our embedded vids now have very agressive invideo ads . ( Even on low ad level) If you close the ad, it will come right back after a few seconds. Dont believe me? Try your own vids and you will see!

I understand what you are saying man and yes he should pay, but with the xx country bullshit we allready lost more then one payment right? Atleast i do. Nobody will keep using upstream the way it is now.
