Ok , i started earning on your site , i easily make $5 a day by other hosts , so actually it would be great for another $100 for a month , promise me to pay via paypal/payza if i win :P

So i just calculated , the max earner has earned like 0.15 till now and i haven't not even a cent , so i can make like 0.1 if i try and 0.2 at max , as my audience is always from other countries , so even if i somehow win i could make 0.2*30 + 100 = 106 , SORRY BRO I MAKE MORE THAN THAT FROM OTHER HOSTS, WAY MORE

You're absolutly right about our not-so-competitive rates and we're aware of this.
As we wanted our website to not look like a chrismas tree / not being hated by communities and remain clean, we choosed to put a reasonable amount of unobtrusive ads per visitor session. Thus our relatively low rates.
This contest is mainly intended for us to do a stress test on our servers and moreover to establish wide statistics in order to reconsider our pay rates.
Note that this would obviously end in more overlay ads (the famous "click to continue") / popunders / banners / whatsoever... So we're trying to determine the pros and the cons through this contest, bringing more traffic, that is to say more accurate stats/infos.

As per request from a lovely member via email, we added social thumbnailing. From now on, sharing your images on facebook/reddit/etc will show your thumbnail + a few meta infos (size and resolution) next to your posting.

We'd love to but we still did not manage to find a convincing CPM advertising company yet.
We're hardly trying to figure out how our friendly competitors succeed in paying up to 4$/1000 with a few juicyads/exoclick/etc ads lol.

We're performing huge performance updates:
- 2 new servers are about to be installed & configured.
- Changing the way we manage files & directories.
- MySQL tables modifications.
- And some more tweaks that should not be visible on your end but are essential to handle the load and the unexpected lovely trust you put in our service.
Please note:
- Unfortunately stats will be set offline 7 days max. We ran a Cron to grab your average week earnings, this will be credited to your account after the updates.
- Uploading will be disabled temporarly. Feel free to swap to our friendly competitors in the meantime and see how our features/interfaces are better.
- We did backups and anything necessary to make these updates and transitions as smooth as possible. We invite you to request payment asap though (before 11 June 23:59 CEST), just in case. (min. payout has been set to 0.01$).
Also:
- Your images will remain accessible to your visitors. In other words, thumbnails will be visible, and clicking on them will lead visitors to upsimple.com for the hi-res, as usual.
