We will change it tomorrow. We had to do this because of test. Soon will back to normall speed.

FTP is finally working! All not transferred files should be deleted and upload again. We are sorry for this but since now all should work.
 
no I have tested FTP, it is not working...other hosts like rapidgator/depositefiles working flawlessly,

finally I have tested web upload(speed great), after successfully upload from rdp, I checked on files, no uploads files on file-manger(tried for 2 times)
My last upload was 3 days ago.

when you give us zoom-upload function?

I dont have any problem. And yes, i we fixed many things. I sent you pm and that's it. I said i will fix it so i will fix it!
First we need make sure our servers are stable. Then we need will work with zoom...

You told pm, ftp fix into 12 hrs. so I will wait.
now I started to upload webupload, even if works, but files is not upload, just tested myself at the moment...

You told me inactive files deleted after 30 days.

I saw yesterday files in file manager, you deleted most active files(over 100 downloads) randomly. if you want to prove I post it here....

I checked it yesterday part3 downloads over 100 downloads, No DMCA reports, so where is part 3, you see I have other parts almost 100 downloads.

There are so many active files deleted today? no DMCA reports, I think your server is unstable.

You are right today in my account approx 40-50 GB data deleted. I am a premium user and In my file manager I can see only last uploaded file which date is 2013-01-02
 
i am premium too and files are deleted not so many than you but yes .
i am sure files are deleted or corrupted when he move files to other servers
 
around 20GB of Files uploaded 10 days ago(even if most active files), are deleted now.
Downloader complaint me for this deletion, I can't reupload them cause FTP is not working now(As Uploking told it will fix withing next 12hrs).
I also tried web upload, works fine, but no uploaded files found on manager.

I can't use RU, cause I'm not premium user.

WTF? are you serious to continue service?
