Hello, is there a problem with some contries?
From my home connection i can't acces uploadstation, i have not found, from my rdp i can acces my acc without problems.
I live in Romania.

Downloads from anonymous or free users: We count one unique file per each unique IP counted every 24 hours. This means, same IP but downloading two different files will count for two qualified downloads.

does this mean if one free user downloads 10 of my files within a 24 hour period I will only get earnings for 1 of those files?
 
No since 10 differnt files are 10 unique files so if 1 unique free user downloads these 10 unique files it counts as 10 qualified downloads, hence the "This means, same IP but downloading two different files will count for two qualified downloads."

Im not gonna insist on it because its free but, i requested premium like 10 days ago, is there any problem? I think i send the request on the correct form ; Tittle: WJ Premium Request Msj : AltayR AltayR. Is this wrong?
