Everytime I upload, I always upload to Fileserve and Uploadstation at the same time, 25 connections each. Fileserve upload speed is usually normal but Uploadstation many files start up slow at 1xx Kbps or less than 20 KB/s and stay on that speed forever until it times out. I also tried using 5 simultaneous connections rather than 25 but Uploadstation was still slow, so it may not be my stressing the server. Something is seriously wrong with Uploadstation FTP....

Now it seems to be a dedicated Uploadstation issue. I have not experienced any slowdowns with Fileserve for a few days already. It's all Uploadstation now....

most of our users upload with 1-3mb/s

this problem I ever go to the website and take a ticket to ask the uploadstation staff
the anser is they can't help to rescue the files:facepalm:

Yes, please go to remote upload tab, you will find 'Uploadstation' in the list.

For free registered user, we will keep their files on our server for up to 30 days after the last download. Thank you for your understanding.

I ask the staff and he tell me he can't help me.so I give up resume my files(more than 5000 files)X-(
