I received an email that they are back and that there are new things and stuff. My balance which I requested several months ago also got paid. I stopped using them and wasn't really expecting to get paid but I guess i'll give it another go and use them again.

Here's what they said in their email blast.

Since a few months back, there were lots of serious issues with the payments, and they were being processed with too much delays. And there were also few bugs, which were needed to be taken care of. From then we have improvised the Payment System to a lot more better position, which has resulted in faster payout processing time.

But from this, by now, we are informing you that the payouts will be processed FASTER - within 24Hrs (Max upto 3 days) from now on.

Also,
♦ The rates have been Optimized once again for better performance.
♦ Ads have been reduced & Optimized.
♦ Upload Speed and Download Speeds have been Increased.
♦ User Interface is being Improved.
♦ Lots of other new features are being developed and added.
♦ Currently supporting PayPal, Payza, Webmoney, Skril, Bitcoins, Payoneer, Bank Transfer (INDIA Only) (Many New Payout mods on the way).
♦ Live Support is now available, on Facebook and Skype.
