Paypal pending since 24 Feb.

Now they emailed me that they can't send PayPal payment because Paypal account is limited. Same Paypal account I receive payment on from several other hosts. Ok, choose other payment options, but they didn't restore the balance.

You did not try to request that the funds be returned back to you account (uploadproper) ??

Now they paid, Paypal. I don't know, problem maybe was on Paypal side.

Downloaders complaining that uploadproper locks their browser, trips antivirus alerts.
Does great for your downloads when all comments on your post is that the host is a trojan farm.

You could just add that emai address to your PayPal.
