bro now i'm facing same problem with small files as well but mostly from evening to night however in the morning evrything works fine......
I'm using zoom.eu .....

yes we are facing issue with some uploaders whose conversion ratio compared to uploaders is very less we are thinking of restricting disk space for them daily around 2-3 tb data is uploaded, during nights its almost 70% of uploads .

BTW we would like to tell all users all paypal payments for yesterday request has been sent.

please note free users can upgrade their account to premium with discounted price using their earned money from "my account area"

I think that reff come from your download link files. I get that case same like you on bitshare. I never share reff link, only my download link files.
