If they receive DMCA complaint, they'll disable that particular movie.
But they won't disable your entire account such as the retarded 3 strike system on youtube.

They'll also accept soft adult stuff. Tits and pubes are fine, but not explicit sex scenes.
They'll disable any videos they find too explicit, but won't disable entire account.
 
It all depends on if you get to many complaints, but they will not delete your account if your videos generate a lot of views. Daily motion receives a large amount of their income from commercials
 
Just wanna update on this. One of my dailymotion accounts (this is the one I upload erotica vids) just got terminated. I've had it for since November 2011 and have total 4 million video views.

I have a routine going on when one of my youtube channels gets taken down and I just simply open a new one and re-upload any non-offending videos. So I guess I'll just do that with dailymotion as well and I know now to open several accounts with dailymotion so that if one gets taken down it won't affect my entire video collection.
 
I use Dailymotion it is the only good youtube clone that allows adult videos I have had only like 4 videos deleted out like 80 videos I have uploaded and they videos were deleted like 4 to 6 months after I uploaded them. The new design of Dailymotion sux when you click on a channel you get to see like 4 to 8 users in that groups there is no way to see every video that has been uploaded under that channel any more
 
I had over 300. Usually if a video is too raunchy, it'll get disabled within minutes after I've uploaded it. I'll then just re-edit it and cut out the parts which I think is too revealing.

However, some videos got disabled despite being not really that revealing, so I guess it depends on who is screening them and their mood.

Usually it'll pass when I upload it after 10+ hours so I can be sure that it's another person doing the screening.

Hmm, maybe there's some kind of policy change. Many of my videos which used to be allowed are now being rejected.

I'll try to re-up them again at a later time in case it's just that screening asshole again.

Hmm, shit, my newly opened account suddenly got uploads disabled.

I have a feeling it may be terminated again.

Looks like I won't be hosting any more vids with dailymotion.

I'll try re-editing the vids. I guess tits is OK. But nothing much more than that.
