Uploading problem with many hosts

I have the same problem with all of this hosts that are using similar scripts, I try uploading a file but it's just get stuck on "Initializing upload..." and 0%.

Same issue with mafiastorage,queenshare, superUPL,sanshare etc.

Any ideas?

I can't use any of them!
I browse my file, click upload and than it's says "Initializing upload...", and that's it (progress is on). Doesn't show any progress.
