why can't I upgrade to premium using paypal. It use to be offered last time I upgraded

find reseller if you want to buy ul ac using paypal. their paypal account has been frozen by paypal.

not only them but most filehostings have had their paypal accounts frozen !

Paypal has told them doing business and transferring money for filesharing companies involves too much risk and thus they have frozen their account . of course this is also the famous method of paypal for stealing money and paypal is now so overjoyed since they used this excuse to rip off tens of filehosting !!
