Uploaded.to Payout ???

Please excuse me in If this question is in the wrong place,but I have a slight concern.

I receive the payment from Uploaded.to in paypal, but all my money are transferred from paypal on my Visa card in the June 1 and all transactions which were about 350$ are completed by paypal today, but I checked the ATM and the money had not arrived, and spoke with my bank and they told me that you have not taken any transferte. Please this is a delay of paypal or not? This is my first transfer from paypal and I'm a little stressed.
Maybe I should wait again or not, and is this something normal?

@ParT47 don't be panic :)

paypal can be trust. It need time to transfer.
"Paypal says Withdraw To Credit Card Completed!" that's mean process on paypal side was done. Then it is bank paper work, normally it will take 7 working days.

The interface is pretty bad..... Filemanager is bad... When I move files to folders I expect those files to disappear from "root" folder.... Pretty useless "moving" it, pretty much just tags the files...
