Nobody can download any files.Uploaded.to say "A file every 60 minutes". I uploaded a new file and try download it.I see the messages." All of our free-download capacities are exhausted currently.
Please extend your account if you want to download this file immediately, otherwise you'll have to wait a few minutes in order to download this file.

How UL counts downloads?
I think I've read in this thread 1 ip per 24h and downloads from premium are not counted :/
So, how it works? I couldn't find information on UL website.

Btw, it seems there's only one plan: Mixed, right?
I couldn't find an option to choose a specific plan

Only the first download from each free user counted every day.
Premium users not counted at all.
1 Plan only - Mixed.
And you can buy 1 month premium for yourself for 10,000 points (=counted downloads)
