Situation unchanged, 14 days after status change to "Paid" still no money on bank account

I wrote to the support but their answer was a bit disappointing:


Dear Customer,

thank you for your inquiry.

Your payment has already been made and there are no irregularities visible in the system. If you wish us to forward the issue to our affiliate manager for an overall check of the payout process, you might provide us with your Bank account information (receiver name, bank name, IBAN, BIC).

Wow! 13/5 ans still no payment. Im 24/5 so this means unless they do mass payment i have still a loooong time to wait. last time i waited more than 40 days
