yes you can have more accounts and use the same Bank Account. I have also 2.
and after they pay you can wait 3-10 days that you have your Money on Bank.

I had that trouble too some weeks ago. Just reply to them with:

"I confirm that the Payout Request on Webmoney ID 2454356785356 with the Webmoney Purse E8854634587531 belong to me.The payout Request is from me and my Account isnt Hacked its my own Webmoney Purse and everything is ok. I added some screenshots to show you I am able to log in into my webmoney account. Regards Santa Claus"
