if uploaded Visa and Mastercard have fallen off then they remained there for long, because that through Visa and Mastercard are buying 80-90% premium and it is a fact and everything else is shit, and the races themselves no sense to sit

if their cc was blocked ( lost ) there will be a huge delay in for next payments .. Look at oboom ( brother website ) .
On conclusion , everything has an END .

Also on google wallet , they can easily report cc like fraudulent activities
 
ul is a big site and doing business for a long time. if their CC block hopefully it will not take much time to resolve it. also it can be happen: someone buying account from stolen CC or messing up with CC buy option, for this reason they disable CC option temporary until they figure it out how to prevent such problem.
