Same here 32 days and no payout, never happened this before , always i received payout BEFORE 30 days always around 15/20 , im beginning to be little worried.

It happened before with delayed payouts over 30 normal days but from what i know, it has never went over the 30 business days ever (even with their WM account having trouble). So I would only worry when they still haven't pay by this Tuesday.

tell good because if you say you would worry about going forward to Tuesday, when pedistes your payment date? because I know no one here has 30 working days, unless requested payment on December 1, 2013, because there were many questions Holidays New Year and Christmas, besides that Saturday and Sunday do not count, because I ask December 14 and 30 working day is met on January 28

Someone mentioned 21 Jan quite a number of pages back. Could be wrong though and I didn't count so whatever that date is for after 30 business day would be that date. Sidenote, I realised that each time they have a payout extra early (9-12 days), the next payout would always be longer than the usual 20-25 days and everyone would be agitated during that round of payments.

I think the reason for the trouble in payouts is the failure of Cloudzer. From the first day I knew it will not be good for anyone especially Uploaded to divide its focus on 2 filehosters. In the past FileSonic tried the same thing and failed with Wupload, it brought technical troubles to FileSonic's infrastructure (sharing the same data center) and couldn't survive financially but this is where Wupload operator was clever he stopped it before it gets out of control and drag FileSonic with it into financial difficulty. Cyando should have stopped Cloudzer since July 2013 and realized it was going to put a bad pressure on it's financial situation, but the extra 6 months (maybe they paid for the hosting in advance and didn't want to waste it) were a bad decision.

It is only a scam when they do not pay after the 30 business days from your payout request. I'm not on UL's side and it is fustrasting but you do not have a case against them as you agreed to the TOS to receive payment within 30 business days.

Yours is only 23 business day. Not 36 days. Go and learn what a business day is. UL business day doesn't count Sat, Sun and public holidays.

You need to wait 40 days ( for one payment ) that includes weekends + 30 bussiness days

So if they not pay in the next week ( Most of you , Do not deserve to receive money , you are crying to much on this thread ) then its a problem .
