If UL is starting to ban accounts now we need to be afraid because UL has been one of the most stable host for uploaders I hope it is just false alarm and UL will not ban accounts randomly

I may be not the best uploader, but I got some reputation, and u really think that all 4 other mirrors, my vpn and my vps providers would not ban me if this was truth? You are funny.

i think UL started to ban people's account who uploaded and occupied terabyte files without profit for them, just to clean up storage space to get more storage , i agree with you , their claim about "child porn" is nonsense , but if you had 6 terabyte files you should sell many account so they can cover the cost of storage/HDD space to keep your files , cause they lose money to keep 6 terabyte files, specially if you cant sell premium account .

Uploaded started to get bad since the middle of 2013, I suppose it is due to the failure of Cloudzer to catch and pressure from authorities.
It was obvious they became bad since they stopped paying for a sticky thread here and stopped giving "official" support too.
The sad part is they now have so much affiliates working for them that all the negative things didn't affect them much for more than 6 months.
In July 2012 they were litterally begging for people to join them, they even raised the PPD to €50 for a few weeks and withh little to no competition they became number one in a few months, which is something FileSonic had to struggle for it for almost 2 years and it was close but didn't achieve it like Uploaded did.
Only the future will tell us what will become of Uploaded as a filehost, but after a lot of bad months of no sales and bad PPD earnings I doubt it uploaders will stay as faithfull as they were. Even their strongest argument: "timely payouts", is not holding as strong as before when payouts take more than 3 weeks for a measeluy few Euros.
