that's not true, man. In e-commerce there are two methods of payment: safe and "unsafe". The safe method requires double confirmation (by SMS or card numbers) and the unsafe only PPV number. Not all credit cards are valid for secure payment.

By paying by safe method you lose many sales: because the bank does not have your phone updated, because the SMS takes a long time to arrive, etc.. :whistling:
