i was suspicious about counting
then i checked..

in my friends internet cafe

12 table downloaded my files
then everyday (3days) we repeated it

and the count was still 0

i hate uploaded.to

its not suspicious site now
exactly tricky site

i never trust

i doubt that every tables has different ip's, and you can't guaranty that anybody else visiting "your friends" internet cafe downloaded something from uploaded.
maybe you don't grasp the idea from 1 ip counted every 24 hours, maybe its tricky for mental restarted people, but someone with a iq above 80 (and i'm being generous here) will get that 1 ip counted every 24 hours means that a moronic test in a internet cafe is the most useless thing ever, good for you that you tried for 3 days, maybe not the brightest poster here but clearly you got stamina.

DF starts working with PayPal? o_o
Last money I got from DF via PayPal was in May 2012. After that, they told me to create account on WM as they had stopped working with PayPal.

Please Uploaded.net administrator should add AlertPay as a payment option because AlertPay fix their problems with the banks as AlertPay to add U.S. bank accounts, so users would avoid exchanges of webmoney to paypal, webmoney also not work in USA
 
Not really "Unlimited"... you can buy BackUP Storage so the Files will be online after 30 Day without any Download otherwise the Files are deleted.
