Remote Upload via Proxy Server

I need to remote files to Ul via Proxy Server. Now I am technically inept. I know zinch when it comes to finding my way around computer terms. However I have managed to

1. Set up a proxy server

now comes the problem, what do I do with it, or more precisely how do I use it to remote files from another filehost to UL. Please PM if necessary. Any help will be most appreciated.

Download captcha is broken in IE9 for unregistered users, it always flashes red and says it the wrong answer & just downloads a .js file.

It worked 1st time in firefox

Tried it several times and it worked fine here.

and PPD only counts a handful of countries

I fortunately made a sale one week ago, I have 35€ but when I will have 50€ I will leave immediatly this crap, because PPD is a waste of time they don't count anything my traffic came mostly from US and they count about 20% of my downloads WTF and the owner is a big cheater

they not counting every country same as deposit files dont count every country ppd is pointless and with 50 dollers minimum payout you would need alot

yeap after a lot of comparison's of statistics (2 weeks waited to see) feel the same

now ppd is similar (equal) to deposit (with only a few countries counted) that is why have a 40% drop from the day PPD changes

Old ppd had country groups more fair and a lot of affiliates reported that they have a drop after applying new ppd table.

However, uploaded is a bet to stay in business and we stay with them for sure
