does payza or webmoney have trans limit ?
anyway I agree with ul.to about credit card issue but the idea of pay ppd earn is good .
and what about thos payment which did with other method like phone payment . there are lot that pay via phone.
maybe is better earn by only payment via credit card after 30 days and all the others PPS + PPD after 1 week.
anyway isn't a big problem for me i can wait one month.

15 Days webmoney? Most time fraudster use webmoney as method.

everyone wants to make profit, if ul.to face loss for fraud people,why they wil take risk to pay you very fast,its easy solution that you wait!

I can't find any information about Referal System.
don't you have a referal system?



and btw. why don't you make a payout day? it would be better for everyone.
I mean, you'll pay once in 30 days, but there will be a concrete day. for example 1st of every months, or something like that.

We don't offer any referal system.

If we do a payout day, fraudster will just request payouts 1day before and we'll have 0 time to check them.

I started us ul.to since 20 days or more and i can say that i like it . as i said isn't a big problem for me 30 days. just i think will be great if you add affiliate system for forums owner . in this way lot forum will allow ul.to .
there are few forums that allow ul.to .
all allow rapidgatore because rapidgatore give affiliate system to forum owner.
hope you do the same
 
You can creat 2 balance
1. For earn from dowload. It will quick payout
2. For earn from sales. It will payout when UL check, ( long time)

when i submitted a payout option always show me "Das Format des eingegebenen Kontos ist fehlerhaft" , I CHECK MY PASSWORD & PUT CORRECT PASSWORD THEN I FACE SAME PROBLEM WHY , PLEASE ANYONE TELL ME.
