What is hybrid traffic , what happens when it runs out ? As i can see it would appear free users can get direct downloads but with the free user speeds?

I had requested for payment before activating Payment log...then i came to know from u ,I had to activate the Payment log at first.
now its about 30 days to go,No payments received in my Payza.
