i have a good idea, I summarizes all
1- uploaded have a problems with download count and support don't answer to this question they ignore it
2- thy pay when he want (10 days or 30 or 45)
the conclusion: ul was a big and good host but for now is just a shit host so please stop post here and leave this host untill they resolve here problems.
 
Till could you please tell us when the next payment via Webmoney is scheddulle (assuming that you don't pay users one-by-one, since is generally a mass payment)

1. we answered on it few times, just read the first page and the rules the counting is working like alot of users confirmed.

2. we pay within 30 business days, like its written in our tos. You should not register to an service if you don't accept them; so whats the problem?

IN FACT ONLY 3 EURO PER 1000 DOWNLOAD.

WHEN ENDUSER WANT BUY PREMIUM THEY MUST INPUT NUMBER PHONE...VERIFY...
IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR END USER AND UPLOADER

Sinem, why has ul.to recently been excluded from Filestube indexing - is this something you've asked them to do?

It seems to be just about the only host not being indexed - despite Mediafire's express wishes.

Makes it hard to search for ul.to content. Can't say whether that's good or bad. I can see a good side to it.

well it depends if it is bad or not can't say either too but better to protect their archive (files)

Our system checks the usage, if it's overloaded free-download will be exhausted for few minutes, just wait a bit and try it again.
