I created ticket with copyright claim. I didnt received ticket number, so i cant know whats going on with my report.
Created 2nd one, same. You doing this specially, and people cant contact you?

We take every DMCA report very seriously and have removed every single request since we opened.
Please note to give us up to 3 days to remove the file as we have hundreds of tickets.
I have removed the file that you requested.

And what about ticket ID that users who created ticked didnt get etc? Its bug, special action from your side or what?
Look on that from this side. If you cant contact support by ticket system, and you dont have any added email adress for support, you will not get answer.
