Get rid of the 1 day plan. It's too cheap so uploaders won't earn as much as if it was a bit more expensive.
Suggestion: add a setting so uploader can disable that plan on download page.

Reminds me of FileSonic, and I hope it will be of the same level of professionality.
PPD is not "very" high, an adjustement for the files between 101-250 to $15 might be good to attract the graphics/magazines/music videos... uploaders, not everyone is uploading full BluRay discs.
France and Germany should be in Tier A (you put Canada in Tier A and not France !!) that way you will get many european oriented content uploaders.

PS: Can't connect to FTP using the info you give, it says wrong login/pass, I generated new password, still the same thing. I wanted to try how fast files will appear in my filemanager.

sales depend what you post,also download speed is 1 reason too,but not for all,because you give the free download speed 20-40kbps people will thinking this host not reliable,if someone purchase premium him will figure and worry what you premium download speed you can giving?

atleast free user speed 100-130kbps,also reduce the waitting time to 60sec.
 
Guest download in google chrome isn't work, please fix it. (download does not start)
Edit : Guest can download 2 GB file ?

In regards to tier changes, they will stay how they are for now maybe in the future things can be revised.

Those users messaging for premium accounts its being processed and you will be upgraded shortly.

I think he mistake on download speed:
it only 40KB/s instead of 400KB/s
Omit one Zero(0)...haha
