The speed seems to have returned, but when I went to use it earlier in the day, yesterday it was slow and I received a time out. When I use DownloadThemAll! which is a Firefox program that maximizes speeds when you download a file I am only able to download one file at a time.

Your stats should be up to date now also, you may also have a lower average than usual, this is caused by the slow downloads from yesterday.
