So no answer from Jo why they don't work on the ftp problem or they don't want to work on this. But then, finaly, I have to say goodbye to this filehost. Yesterday I waited 1,5-2 h till my files were ready after uploading via ftp. And some files were missing and I had to reup some files then. No, thx, there are a lot filehosts on the market which are much better.

I have informed the techs and we are awarer of some issues and we are working hard to resolve them asap, sorry for the problems but it will be resolved. Then as I said before issues will all be gone.

there is no sale and no download counted, please check and tell it is default setting ,in pps plan download r not counted

shahidgill - I already told you yesterday, you are on a PPS commission plan so you will not see downloads in your stats unless you change to PPD. The reason you see no sales is because you have not made any.

Added after 2 minutes:

7735936 - We have a criteria to give out premium accounts. When you have 0 files uploaded it is evident to us that you do not need a premium account. Maybe you thought we would just give you one for free without seeing your stats or efforts with us :) Ask again when you are actually working and earning with us.

jo, still have upload problem i told you about before. uploads to 100% then says file too big. you have no idea how much time i have wasted trying to upload files. its getting really really annoying
 
Hi, please fix your FTP upload. I always get delay files, complete 100% but just appear some files, the rest or take few hours, or take a day or never appear. I feel sick with you ftp upload :cursing::cursing::cursing:
