Again, your website spams the user with advertisements and a few of our support staff reported viruses on their computers after visiting your site. You also are going against Google's terms of use/service with your blog.

We have been working on the trying to increase the upload speeds so we had to disable uploads for a short period of time.

Again, you have not only broken Google's, Blogger's and Uplly's TOS, you are also breaking WJunctions rules by posting the same reiterative post over and over. Furthermore, your account is banned and that is final.

I posted on the 8th of August a warning on this host.
I must admit though this is a first I've heard, banning someone because of the ads they are running on THEIR site, which has no negative impact on this kid and his little sham host.
So this little joke host has now elected himself as a guardian of the internet LMAO

The fact he has kept your files live is enough proof of his dishonesty, they are using your work to try and receive sales, maybe as it's your blog the least you can do is to remove the links and write a negative review about upsilly
You might also name the ad company you were using so this pathetic excuse used to deny affiliates earnings can not be used again, although he will always try and find a way out of paying up anyway

Ah back from the dead I see. Question: have you visited his site? Before jumping straight into a moronic attack because you were disproved before, do you gather your facts? Please do me the favor and read the other pages where our affiliates say "Thank you" and claim that they have received their payments.

Again what your ignorance reveals is that you have no idea how a business works. His site, his traffic and affiliation with us was costing us money and trust from our users. As a matter of fact, we had received word from Sophos that they had put Uplly on a blacklist due to it's affiliation to sites like him.

Fun fact, we have gotten up to 58 payouts a week, Have well over 40,000 unique users a day and our affiliates total make up to $110 a day.

Also, we have no use by keeping his files up as they take up space. They have been deleted since we have banned him. Your logic also exemplifies your stupidity because you don't seem to think about fact that he can simply remove the links from his sites manually.

As you can see, the moderators have found his signature link to be spam as well so they removed it, further proving my point.

I find no credibility from someone that makes accusations without proofs from behind a vpn, rdp, rda, proxy, server, etc.

I think it is hilarious that someone that will not "Come clean" themselves is proclaiming someone else as being Questionable.

another point is that i have never used uplly links in my blog & my account having only 3 files which were posted in malayalampadam.com
my revenue source was from my refferels...
my account has been banned & file links are still working
 
im not your slave to just shut up when u insist me to do so..i have the right to speak out especially someone keep on scamming us...i dont understand why WJ supports him???admin u can permanently ban me from this forum if u want to do so..never mind..
