After three days of very little sleep and working around the clock, we have upgraded our systems to include better file support, constant backups and faster speeds. Though our hosting provider deleted the backups made from one of our servers and an unfortunate result is that the files were lost. All your settings, profits made and account information has been fully restored except for the files.
We sincerely apologize for the mess caused by our clumsy host and we have since moved over to a new hosting provider that is widely known and professional. We realize that this reason alone is not going to help you re-upload the files or stay with us, but for the next two weeks, we will be doubling payouts. We truly appreciate you and want your affiliation with us and we will provide 24/7 support (as always) and higher payouts to show you we truly do care and are sorry for this whole mess-up.
