Hey WJ,

I’ve just joined Upfiles.com and wanted to get full details about the host before uploading. Did deep research (Trustpilot, Reddit, Scamadviser, payment proofs, etc.) since support hasn’t replied to my ticket yet. Here’s everything I found — sharing with you guys so we all know what to expect.

———————————————————————
1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
———————————————————————
Company Name: Nakkar Ltd. (owns Upfiles & Cuty.io)
Founded: 2020 (domain 5+ years old)
Location: Unknown (Cloudflare + US servers)
Website Rank: ~163,204 globally (decent traffic)
Legal: Valid SSL, GDPR-compliant, no blacklisting
Reputation Score: 65–100/100 (legit but high-risk niche)

———————————————————————
2. FEATURES & OFFERS

———————————————————————
3. REPUTATION & REVIEWS (2023–2025)
———————————————————————
Trustpilot: 4.3/5 (174+ reviews)
→ Positive: “Fast payout, high CPM”
→ Negative: “Slow support, PayPal limits, IP logging”

Scamadviser: 100/100 (trusted, old domain)

Reddit (r/AdsenseAlternatives, r/HowEarnMoneyOnline):
→ “Legit, weekly payments, 25GB free”
→ “Avoid PayPal, use Payeer/BTC”

BeerMoneyForum: Multiple payment proofs ($45+)
→ “Processing within a day, small commission”

Scam Detector / Gridinsoft: 65.5–100/100 (low risk)

X (Twitter): No recent complaints/praise

Overall Reputation: 80/100
→ Legit, reliable payouts
→ Support is the weak point

———————————————————————
4. WHY 25GB FREE? WHY NO PAYPAL STORAGE BUY?
———————————————————————
25GB = Marketing hook to get you earning
Upgrade storage via PPD (no direct buy option)
PayPal = Mass payout limits (company side)
→ They push crypto/Payeer (lower fees, no limits)

———————————————————————
5. TIPS FOR NEW USERS (LIKE ME)
———————————————————————
- Test with $3 payout (use Payeer/BTC)
- Request payout BEFORE Wednesday
- Tag files properly (avoid bans)
- Use referral link for 15% extra
- If support ignores → open new ticket with “URGENT”

———————————————————————
Final Verdict
———————————————————————
Upfiles looks LEGIT with one of the best CPM rates and lowest min payout.
Great for UFC, TV shows, software repacks.
Only concern: Support is slow (or silent).

Planning to test with a few files.

What do you think? I have seen another thread regarding this saying 5 times in a row he got payment, do you know this host? Ever got paid or any mail replies?

they always pay and the PPD rates are higher than on other filehosts but I still think they don't count a lot of legit unique downloads , especially from US. In turn, you will get a lot of downloads from Asia and even Africa. The site also suffers from random outages as well.
As for email replies, the admin sometimes replies, but almost always ignores your complaints or suggestions.

They also own the - https://linkyshare.com/en - website, you could earn 1$ like in a day or two for just posting couple of posts a day,but for some reason they removed all the posts and only show the most popular and 6 newest posts, you cant even use the search button anymore,it doest show anything and also the posts dont get featured on the Google search.
I guess its because some idiots were posting underage content 😡 and it ruined everything for the rest of us,who were either just posting OnlyFans leaks / Gaming leaks and just regular AI generated content.

BTW Here are all the sites they own -

I don't use this service because of the 25GB limit per account. However, I have been using Cuty.io for quite some time now, which is reliable with high rates. So I think it's quite reliable, but it's a "premium" option.
Ps : I'm not sure if Exe.io is them.

@Karamele
I have tried linkyshare a few months ago, and after a tedious process of uploading, they removed my file within hours (and it wasn't even pr0n or cracked software)
Did you use a thumbnail that is nude or semi nude?
I have 2 accounts, one was used for taking YouTube videos and summarizing them with AI and then redirect them to the video and another account i use is for sharing OnlyFans leaks that are hosted on Mega.nz,and never had any problem, because all the thumbnails were non nude and it had no words like "Porn,OnlyFans,Pirated" and so on...Maybe you just got unlucky :-(.
But honestly i dont really use the site that much after they stopped showing the posts on the frontpage and Google search :(.

I agree, the 25 GB limit can be annoying but you can also upgrade to the 2 TB ($109 for a year) with the earned money from the platform.
Exe.io was their original link shortener site and they even even emailed and wrote a message on the frontpage that they have made a new link shortening service -
Here this was the fronpage from Exe.io years ago -

I also know that they own a file mirror website where you can use Mega.nz,Streamtape,Mixdrop and other popular streaming sites where you can use their api and upload from their website and it will upload to all the other websites and then you can use their link that will contain the videos mirrored where user then can pick and watch from their favorite Streaming hosts. But i forgot the exact URL and name,it was also advertised on their Exe,Cuty and Upfiles frontpage.

MirrorAce ?

MirrorAce ?
No the website was only in White theme with Green letters and color scheme, but it did pretty much the same thing as MirrorAce.

You could use their ads and also Cuty.io API to monetize the links.
I cant find it anymore,so maybe they closed the website.

They already did the same thing with the https://linky.io/ it was the old site but now they use the https://linkyshare.com/en URL link and name instead.

They also had a xfiles.io website where users could upload and monetize files, but they closed it and years later opened https://upfiles.com/
