i agree with you nothing wrong with set up options, Statistics does make sense sometimes
but u have alot of people downloading your file from group D
that's problem

I gave up on them, Statistics does not fit for me... I put in the settings table that I get smallest $3.60 for 1000 download and I get for 6 download $0.04

What are you say ? 6 download $0.04 = 1000/6 = 166.66 x 0.04 = $6.664 per 1000 downloads is your rate with that statistic.. very good in today ddl if it file not +1gb.

Today I will receive the fourth payment. Also on my email came a link to this page, it's strange why the administrator of upera.co did not create an official thread with all the information about hosting as other hosting do.
The table of rates does not match the one specified at the time of registration.
I know that there are settings, but the maximum that I could get $ 5.40 for the minimum file size
Minimum, because the speed is so slow that it takes 15 minutes to download 20 megabytes..
My downloaders refuse to download at such speeds, but with the increase speed in the settings - the payout rate is significantly reduced.
Counts only 3 times per one IP, not 6 !
"Interstitials + Banner Advertising"
As far as I understood in the translation from the Persian language, this item works, if you order advertisements on the site and pay for it.
The essence of receiving money from advertising that you yourself have paid is not clear.

upera just blocked my country
Just want to let people know, that after $9 for 3 days with only one file uploaded, which is not against rules or anything, when I try to open upera the browser shows blanc page with text "Blocked Country". I'm from Bulgaria and I had no problem to register and make profit for those gyus until they decide to block me like that.
UPERA - At least remove Bulgaria from Group C otherwise this is misleading.
People be careful with these guys!
