As stated before we do not limit the upload speed in any way.
You should be able to upload full speed, we actually don't know where the problem is. :(

To all of you with upload speed problems:
Write me a PM which type of upload you use, what upload speed you are able to reach and the upload speed from your PC/Server or upload speeds that you reach on others file hosts from that machine.

We need to collect more information to take further investigation.
Sorry for that guys but we need your help finding the issue.
