UPDATE:
As you may have recognized there have been some issues in the last days. Additionally, there was a network outage this morning.
These problems were caused by our backend storage nodes. We added some storage this week and had to shift some data in the last days.
Normally you shouldn't have noticed this. But due to an unknown reason, that we're currently looking into, these operations caused the problems.
The stats/count problems, that some of you addressed, was the result of not working downloads. That stats system works fine.
We again apologize for inconvenience caused.
Our systems now operate normal again. When something is not working properly we prefer that you open a ticket, thats the fastest way to reach us.
