Updating from Windows-1251 to UTF-8 ?

Hello everyone. So, the 10.1 was released and I'm deciding to update.. I just have one question though, what'd happen if I update my 10.0 (Windows-1251) to 10.1 (UTF-8)?

Well scrip updating from cp to utf u cant do that if u try script gives u error and stop process will be fail
