Regarding Dual/Multi Audio support:
Yes — this is definitely planned for the future. We want to add proper multi-audio support after we finish the current core infrastructure and system improvements

About file retention:
Yes, exactly

Retention is based on the last activity/view date of the video.

So if a file receives new views/activity again before the expiration period:
✔ the inactivity timer resets again
✔ and the retention period starts counting again from the latest activity date

Regarding Direct Link encoding:
At the moment there may sometimes be longer queue times for certain direct-link sources depending on:

* source server speed
* remote response stability
* queue load
* temporary processing limits

Torrent processing is currently more optimized in some situations, which is why you may notice faster handling there

We’re continuously improving the encoding and processing system overall.

And thank you again for the Multi Audio suggestion — it’s a very important feature for movie/series webmasters and definitely on our roadmap

Currently, the auto-quality system is intentionally a bit conservative and may start playback at 360p first to ensure faster initial loading and smoother playback stability across different devices/connections

After a few seconds, the player should automatically adapt upward depending on:

* connection stability
* buffering speed
* device/browser behavior
* server response quality

We are still actively optimizing the adaptive streaming/auto-quality system, and improvements are planned so higher-quality streams can be selected more intelligently for users with strong connections and desktop devices

At the moment, the “Clean Mandatory Ads” mode is designed to stay as lightweight and user-friendly as possible

Currently it mainly uses a minimal mandatory interaction/advertising layer without aggressive popup spam behavior.

We are continuously optimizing this mode to maintain a good balance between:
✔ user experience
✔ monetization stability
✔ advertiser compliance
✔ long-term sustainability

And since the monetization system is still under active development, ad behavior and optimization may continue improving further over time

Yes, at the moment this is still related to the ongoing development and optimization work on the views/earnings system

During this phase, statistics and monetization may temporarily appear delayed, inconsistent, or show 0 while synchronization and processing are being adjusted.

We are actively working on it and normal counting behavior should return once the upgrade process is completed

First of all, we completely understand your frustration and concern, and we sincerely apologize for the delay

The issue turned out to be more complex than initially expected because we are currently rebuilding and restructuring major parts of the monetization/counting system architecture, not just fixing a simple bug.

Our goal is not to temporarily patch the system, but to implement a much more advanced and stable monetization model connected directly with advertising network APIs and real traffic valuation

Unfortunately, during this transition some synchronization and reporting issues are taking longer than expected.

We fully understand that trust is extremely important in this business, and that’s exactly why we are working carefully to avoid deploying unstable or inaccurate fixes that could create even bigger problems later.

The platform is actively being worked on continuously, and the monetization/statistics system remains our highest current priority

We truly appreciate your patience during this phase and we absolutely want serious uploaders/webmasters to continue growing with us long-term

Right now we prefer being transparent about the situation instead of pretending everything is perfect while major backend work is still ongoing.

The current issues are happening because we are rebuilding core parts of the monetization/statistics system to create something much more stable and sustainable long-term — not because we are abandoning the platform or ignoring users.

We truly appreciate the traffic, testing, and time you already invested into UpBolt

Hopefully once the system stabilization is completed, you’ll consider testing the platform again in the future.

I explain everything to users in detail and with complete transparency. :) I could summarize the answer in one word, but that wouldn't make sense because users have the right to understand what's happening.
 
This hosting provider has optimized many aspects; previously, file uploads would often get stuck at 100% completion, but now uploads proceed much more quickly. I will keep my existing videos until my business starts making a profit again, and then I will start uploading new videos.
