Hello. Dear users, we would like to inform you that we are currently working to resolve the coding errors that have arisen. The estimated time for the fix is January 26, 2025. We are conducting a global rework of our queues to fix these errors. The problem is related to the large increase in users, and we need to rework the queue system and expand the server fleet.

We also want to inform you that there has been a delay in payment processing. We are forced to verify user traffic and occasionally request your statistics. Please understand this, those who have passed verification will receive their payments without delays.

We block dozens of accounts with bot traffic every day, but sometimes difficulties arise when you distribute "links" and both legitimate users and bots interact with them. We need some time to check this and ensure that legitimate users are not affected.

We'd also like to thank the users who participated in the beta test of the file upload and sharing feature (not videos), we're already in the final stages of fully implementing this functionality.

What about me? It's been 2 weeks since my withdrawal was rejected. I've provided the source and screenshots ?
 
This web hosting is truly super complicated...
My payment was canceled because they accused me of using a lot of bots...
And this makes me unacceptable, and they just casually use bots as an excuse...


They claim they are IT specialists in this web hosting, but did they design this web hosting without anti-bot protection????
And then they easily judge you as a bot and others are not.

I've complained via ticket and provided links to the sources of my video traffic, but to this day, there's no confirmation from them.

Other web hosting sites like vidnest.io, streamup.cc, streamtape.com, and doodstream are easier, with fewer excuses, and less complicated and headache-inducing than this one up4stream.com.

 
What's happening with today's view count? Yesterday I posted some video links and checked for views today, but nothing. I checked if there were problems re-uploading them, but they are visible. The view count is working; maybe it's due to maintenance they're doing.

Apologies, the previous links I posted weren't working due to a server issue. I replaced them with the links now in the .top file, which I checked and confirmed were the problem—just a link replacement. So, sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, Up4Stream is no longer a safe company for me, as I genuinely feel disappointed after repeated negative experiences.


In the last third of December, I decided to make Up4Stream my main platform and rely on it for my expenses, especially since it was one of the most trusted companies for me at that time.


The issues started when I requested my first payout on January 4.
The payment was not processed on time, and I had to contact support multiple times, which was extremely slow.
I was asked to provide my video publishing sources, which I submitted, and the payment was finally completed on January 14.


During this period, I was unable to request another payout because there was a pending request.
Two days after receiving the first payment, I requested my second payout, which I should have requested and received much earlier.


Since January 14 until now, this payout has remained pending without any clear explanation.


If the delay is related to verification, I have already passed this stage within less than two days from the payout request date.
Additionally, I requested the payout days before the scheduled payment date, which should have provided enough time for any review.
Honestly, I see no justification for this second consecutive delay, and the situation has become very frustrating.


At this point, I have lost trust in the company—not only due to payment delays but also because of the lack of transparency, unclear communication, and continuous neglect from support.


For clarification, I had prepared a YouTube video recommending Up4Stream, but I decided not to publish it for now due to this experience, until payouts become clear, stable, and reliable again.
 
The lack of communication, no response to Ticket, DMs and on this thread regarding why such a long delay in payment is making this company suspicious. Upstream was a good company, making payments on time mostly within 24 hours but now its been nearly a week and still no payment.

In my Up4stream settings, I wrote: 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 208.67.222.222, 9.9.9.9, 45.90.28.231.
Is this correct or incorrect?
