You are adding more views than real views showing up in statics

This host it's just a joke. I yesterday bought 20,000 views and today my views are gone. Statics only show 2000 views in total. No support reply, buffering, users complaining they can't watch the video. What's happening to the video hosting business?

Thank you!
Your video player is terrible.

Many of my videos won't play and display error messages. Some still play.
I even uploaded the same file three times, but when I tested it, the video still showed an error.

The upload status is successful, but when the video is played, it displays an error message. This doesn't just happen with one video, it can happen with up to 10 or even 50 video titles.

So, it's pointless and just tiring to upload multiple videos if the result is many videos that won't play even though the domain address is working properly.
Hello. Indeed, there are issues with one of the server clusters. It affects no more than 5% of users, but the problem is real and we are addressing it.

There's no point in reporting this here. Please contact support via ticket if you purchased views and they weren't distributed correctly. We'll check everything.
received my first pay .. every Monday payment will be done ..

Thank you

That's the point of this forum: reporting issues if they need to be fixed and help other users facing the same issue.

I won't contact support if your system it's not working properly. I won't do YOUR job. Check your system and fix it. I won't use this host anymore.

Bye

Up4stream is a reliable video hosting platform with fast payments and responsive support. Payouts are processed quickly, and the support team is helpful when issues arise. Occasional downtime can happen, but it’s understandable as the platform is still growing and improving its infrastructure. Overall, a solid choice for uploaders looking for quick earnings and good assistance.

Up4Stream blocks accounts after payout request – serious warning to users

I want to share my experience with Up4Stream in order to warn other users about the way this platform treats its long-term members.

I had a completely legitimate and active account on Up4Stream, which I used intensively during the period when remote upload via direct links was available. During that time, I successfully received 7–8 payouts, all processed without any issues, warnings, or complaints from their side. This clearly proves that my account was considered valid and compliant with their rules at that time.

I stopped actively using the service only because of technical limitations introduced later, which made the platform much less usable. However, my earnings continued to accumulate. After approximately three months, I requested a payout of $20.

A few days later, the payout request was rejected without any clear explanation. I contacted support via a ticket and received a vague, generic response, vaguely mentioning “fraud detection systems,” without providing any concrete details or evidence.

After sending a follow-up message, I waited four days for a reply, only to be told that “too many bots were detected” on my account. Immediately after receiving that message, I tried to log in and discovered that my account had been completely blocked by an administrator, without any prior notice, explanation, or opportunity to respond.

What is especially suspicious is the fact that:
  • the alleged issues appeared only after I requested a payout
  • they were never a problem during my previous successful withdrawals
  • they were used as justification for blocking the account and withholding funds
All of this over an amount of just $20.

This behavior strongly suggests that Up4Stream uses retroactive accusations as an excuse to avoid paying users, especially when it becomes convenient for them. Blocking an account without transparency, proof, or due process is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, Up4Stream:
  • provides poor and slow customer support
  • fails to give clear explanations for decisions affecting user earnings
  • uses account bans as a tool to withhold legitimate payouts
I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to be extremely cautious, especially when it comes to withdrawing earnings. My trust in Up4Stream is completely gone.

@ceca, well,
This host seemed strange to me from the very beginning; I mentioned that from the beginning. Besides, what's the point of paid user reviews? If the host is good, people will write positive things themselves, and you don't need to encourage them to do so.

I agree with those suspicions. Paying for or incentivizing positive reviews is clearly one way to attract users and create a false sense of reliability. That trust can later be abused, especially when payouts are involved and “new” issues or rules suddenly appear that were never a problem before. This kind of practice explains many of the negative user experiences being reported.
