Before on 8th-10th Nov, I had 15K-18K valid views and 25-28K non counted. Now I have 29K non counted but 5K Valid ???

On November 22nd and 23rd, we recorded a database outage. We had to take some measures to reduce the load, and we restored stable operation on the 24th. We can't say with 100% certainty that this affected the view count, but it's highly likely.

Now, according to statistics as of the 24th, we see that overall viewership has leveled off. The problem has likely been resolved. Whether this is true remains to be seen. If the issue is resolved today, tomorrow you (all users!) can create a ticket and request compensation for the 2.5 days the system was unstable, and you will be credited based on your average daily income. We value our users and understand our responsibility.

Regarding new users and view counting, any of our users can create a ticket, and we'll check why views weren't counted and provide you with detailed information. Posting about this on the forum is pointless; no one will be able to help you. We only provide support via tickets.
