Well, so far my payment has not been released since last monday.

First they asked to contact them on telegram. Then after 24 hours after contacting them in telegram they said to create ticket in the dasboard.

Then next day, they said there might be some suspicious views and told me to share my traffic details.
After instantly sharing the traffic details, they said they will respond in next 24 HRS with some proof.
After 24hrs they send me some screenshot saying In average only 10% of viewers viewed more than 10 minutes. Give reason.

I replied its average view time. They already have their system with threshold viewing minute. Any number of views not meeting that threshold viewing minute will not be counted. So that would not be any concern. Another I have many videos which are less than 10 minutes . So maybe that would be reason.

Then they say their system can't detect all ADB views or VPN views completely.
They already ignore VPN views, so that should not be problem. Also in other video hosts my VPN views are not more than 10% total views but with UP4STREAM its already more than 50%. I don't know how they count it. My major traffic is from INDIA and my site is NOT BLOCKED in INDIA. So what kind of system they have I can't understand.

Regarding ADB views I have already shared screenshots of other video hosts where there is ZERO ADB views. So, why is that even concern.

Even after that, they ask for VIDEO RECORDING of my traffic stats as screenshots can be faked.
OK, even that was reasonable to some extent. I had sent the video more than 24 hours ago showing all my traffic stats.

BUT still no response.

I have already DISABLED all their player codes until they resolve this problem and make payment.

So now, everyone can decide. What kind of host is this.
They did made me 9 smaller payments and when I requested for little bit big one (ard. $250) they REJECTED and now making excuses. Looks like ANOTHER SCAMMER IN THE MAKING.
Frankly speaking, it is difficult to read so much text, I do not understand what it is for. You were told that this is a test, you were told that it will take time. You were told that the result will most likely be positive based on your evidence. What is the point of this post?

In any case, I recommend that no one make premature conclusions, including you. We will pay YOUR funds to you in any case, but I ask that before calling someone a fraudster, make sure of this.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of scammers who inflate views and we ALWAYS check them, especially with large amounts that have not been paid to THIS user before. It is strange when a user first has small payments and then suddenly large ones.

In any case, despite your non-objective post, you will be paid, regardless of personal attitude towards you, after such insults. Personal should go to the background in business. And yet, I am very sorry that you allow yourself to talk about us like that. We did not break a single promise, we honestly explained that we were conducting an investigation, based on the results of which you will either be paid the funds or will be denied their payment.

P.S. Regardless of who writes what on this forum - payment depends only on verification. You can praise us and say that we are good, but if your views are fake - you will not be paid. You can pour shit on us and say how bad we are, but if your views are honest - you will be paid. Business is higher than personal. Have a nice day!

My vpn views is also increased.
More than 50% views counted as Vpn. My domain is not blocked in any country.
We cannot influence VPN/Proxy detection, please contact us via ticket, we will give you direct statistics from the database where you can check EVERY view for VPN/Proxy/Server on public services.

You have pretty worst technical support team, if it takes days and days to just verify that traffic were valid or not even after providing all the evidences that you had asked for.
There has been no RESPONSE on ticket system after I submitted the video evidence on 2025-07-09 14:33.
As follow up I again submitted more evidences to clarify your doubts on 2025-07-09 21:29.
But since then there has been no response on ticket.

Regarding VPN, I had earlier too told you, 50% of Traffic you count as VPN views which is something that is never heard of for sites which is not blocked in its major traffic area. You already have non counted views (For users viewing more than 3 times with same IP in 24H) which is ard. 30% of total paid views (no payment), then there is VPN views which is always 50% (no payment) of total paid views. That is too much of loss for big sites to use your player. I had already advised you need to check your VPN views codes or API. I am using many video players most have not more than 10% VPN views.
If you want to retain good big sites, then you need to fix that issue first.

Regarding "long responses" - all investigations took less than a week, taking into account your traffic volume. Yes, it is probably long, but it is LESS THAN A WEEK in checking thousands of logs, bot speeds and other things. We have already written in this topic that we are busy developing our own engine, so responses may take longer than usual, we have honestly warned everyone about this.

Regarding the responses to the ticket, you forget that we communicated with you in Telegram. Why duplicate the response to you in the ticket if we promptly sent it to Telegram?!

If you are not prepared for longer than usual answers, please refrain from using our product until we finish our own engine. Thank you.

Perhaps you have a bad system, which is impractical these days. I had a record of proxy or VPN views on your host; in 10 years, I've never seen anything like that on my account. So I suspect your counting system or ad networks are terrible and not beneficial to uploaders.

Regarding Telegram I don't use it.
When I tried contacting your support on TELEGRAM it was he/she who told me to contact your support through ticket as he/she has no access to support system. That's why I have uninstalled telegram.

Regarding VPN detection many other video hosts too uses ip2location database but they don't have so much offset in VPN views. Its good that you guys are working on new engine. Hope that works smoothly and give accurate results. Please inform me once that gets completed, then I can give a try.

As you guys are building new engine do resolve the issue of ESET antivirus blocking your player. Some of the advertisers that you are using is causing this block. Even @osmankhan from steamup had that problem, but he resolved it. Maybe you can ask with him. How to resolve it.

And yes, the new engine will definitely be better, both in terms of counting, antifraud, and in terms of advertising, its distribution, load, video processing, etc. This is a very complex process, but we are doing it to become better. We don't fix "non-critical" issues now because we can't afford to waste time on it. We'd rather put more effort into it and make a new engine sooner.

ESET is blocking constantly player. Are you using popcash. They have been banned by most antivirus due to their poor quality ads mostly containing malicious js scripts. If you are using please disable them,
 
Very poor support system, I created a ticket on 13th July regarding my video conversion issue and still no reply.

I uploaded some files a few days ago using the web uploader, but they still haven’t been converted, so they’re not playing. I also uploaded more files today through the API, but those haven’t converted either. I created a support ticket, but no one has responded yet.

you just delete the videos after upload directly videos playing for first time and its deleted auto after that what it that ?
 
Payment received, thank you. I just want to mention that the file conversion isn’t optimal: MP4 files sometimes take too long to convert and occasionally fail completely, MKV files are rarely converted, and AVI files are never converted.
