I've been using UP4STREAM for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best video hosting platforms I've worked with. Payments are always accurate and on time, with no issues or delays – which is a rare thing these days.

1% of the video must be watched to be counted as paid. If below 5 minutes, 50% is required to be watched

I honestly have to admit that I haven't seen a bigger piece of shit in a long time.
I would understand that the views that are not paid were about 20-30% but not 70%
I thought I'd give him another chance, because the admin is bragging that the rates are higher again, but what's the point if 70% of the views are not paid? so how can you earn money here. LOL
I use many hosts and only here I saw such a ridiculous absurdity.
