I am selling a theme for DLE , which is translated by Marvi Konvic . I have customized it. I like blue colour a lot so the theme is blue . I am here to sell it.

Not sure if your allowed sell customized themes. Who was the original creator? You need resell rights in most cases.

eg. I can't take a free wordpress theme, modify it and resell it unless I have permission from the original designer as most use the creative commons licence which states your allowed modify it and use it for your own personal use but not resell it.

Its a russian template actually and its translated by Marvi Konvic , I have customized colors in total template. If this is not allowed to sell let me know.

I have not only changed the color of Theme but also changed colors in style sheets of template so that it matches up the re-designed template.

you translated template and edit whole image with PS by adding new adjustment layer (Hue/Saturation) to change color from blue to light blue. :facepalm:

so its not only not allowed to sell template, you'll get fucked too from forum!

Correct. Don't sell templates you don't own the rights from. By modifying it you don't acquire rights.
