Yes it is table-less, xHTML and CSS are valid, and the template is 900px wide.

I'd take this if I were to do a DDL Site, the template looks very well done (Good job: Elio <3).

Erm, for those who say the price is a little too high, bah, it's not some crap that's all over and is being used by everyone, so it's worth it, so go for it instead of a common one.
